About The Owner

Jaime started in Gilbert, AZ as a labor worker in 1993.

He found his passion in the framing industry, quickly moving up to foreman, and became a superintendent a few years later.

Jaime built homes all over the Phoenix area for national companies like KB Homes, K. Hovnanian, Richmond American Homes, and Centex Homes to name a few.

He has also built several custom homes and industrial/commercial projects such as hotels, condominiums, restaurants, and apartments.

After over 20 years in the business, Horta Builders, NM LLC was founded in 2016 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Jaime brings forward his years of experience and fresh ideas.
